Making a Purchase: This is very simple. Choose what you want to buy and add it to the shopping cart. We are using Roman Cart which uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for your security. Most credit cards will be accepted. You can also pay by cheque in which case either send in your order by post or phone us to discuss your order first.

When ordering hand-dyed fabric or threads please bear in mind that colours may be slightly lighter or darker depending on your individual monitor settings. It is a good idea if buying for a project to buy enough fabric as dye lots vary slightly from batch to batch. While every care is taken to ensure a wash-fast product we don't guarantee this. A cool hand wash is recommended.

Postage & Packing: The postage charges are shown on the individual pages. All goods are sent by Recorded Delivery so that we can track them in the event of non-arrival. We aim to post on receipt of order but occasionally this isn't possible so please allow 14 days before making enquiries.

Order Problems and Returns: Should you have any problems with your order please contact us at the above email address or by phone. If your order arrives and you are unhappy with it please contact us as soon as possible. We will fully refund returned items once they are received at Farne Designs as long as they are in a re-saleable condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund the original postage paid.

Please ensure when you return an item that it is packed securely so that it doesn't get damaged in transit, and also that it has adequate postage. We reserve the right to deduct any fees for insufficient postage from the refund and to refuse a refund if the product is returned in a poor condition or has suffered damage from poor packaging. The item remains your responsibility and property until we receive it. .

Privacy Policy: We do not pass on buyer's information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case the third party will not disclose any details to any other third party.
